Find all the information about data privacy and the GDPR

By clicking on the Legal tab, you will find information related to the consent of spectators to your live shopping events, as well as the data retention period.

This tab is divided into 3 sections allowing you to edit all the information contained inside:

• Cookies: Retention period of user data and consents

• SMS Notification: Retention period of phone numbers of event registrants and associated consents

• Live chat: Consent related to access to live chat

You can edit all the information contained in these sections. This information will be used for all future events you create on your channel.

A. Cookies

Inside this section you will find the following information that you can edit:

• Cookies Shelf Life: Shelf life of the cookies used by Aploze

COOKIES POP-UP

• Pop-up title: Title of the pop-up displayed to users in order to accept the cookies

• Description: Content of the message displayed below the title in the pop-up to accept the cookies

• Add link: Free additional link present at the end of the description

• Terms of use optin: Content of the consent to accept the terms of use

• Label: Wording of the link used to be redirected to the Terms of use

• URL: Link of the Terms of use

COOKIES DECLINED POP-UP

• Pop-up title: Title of the pop-up displayed to users when they decide to refuse cookies

• Description: Content of the message displayed below the title in the pop-up

• Add link: Free additional link present at the end of the description

Once the retention period has expired, the cookies will be permanently deleted from the Aploze databases.

B. SMS Notifications

Inside this section you will find the following information that you can edit:

• Phone Number Shelf Life: Shelf life of the phone numbers of subscribers to live by SMS

• Description: Content of the message displayed in the pop-up to be alerted by SMS

• Alerting optin: Content of the consent to accept to receive an SMS alert when the live begins

• Commercial use optin: Content of the consent to accept commercial retargeting with the possibility of adding a clickable link

• Additional statement: Free additional content present at the bottom of the pop-up

Once the retention period has expired, the phone numbers will be permanently deleted from the Aploze admin tool and also from the Aploze databases.

C. Live chat

Inside this section, you will have the possibility to edit the shelf life of messages sent by the viewers on the chat during the live shopping experience

• Chat Shelf Life: Shelf life of the messages sent by the viewers during the live

Once the retention period has expired, the messages will be permanently deleted from the Aploze admin tool and also from the Aploze databases.
