Start your Live Shopping event

Aploze’s admin allows you to both manage the display of products and the moderation of the chat when your event goes live.

1. Go to live mode

It's event day, and you want to start your live shopping in a few minutes. All you need to do this is launch your video stream from software or a stream application (OBS, Vimix, etc.) with your channel's stream information (Keystream and Stream server)

You can find your channel's stream information in the Channel Settings > Configuration part of Aploze’s admin

Once your video stream has started, all you have to do is wait for the red Start live button to appear at the top right of your screen. Once this button appears, all you need to do next is press it. A pop-up will appears allowing you to click on the green Confirm button to go live.

Be sure to check the status of your Internet connection, to ensure you can stream with sufficient speed to not have cuts during the Live Shopping event.

2. Display products

Once you have clicked on the Start live button, your Live Shopping event will launch, and you can start displaying the product steps of your program.

To display a step, you need to click on it, and it will display the products it contains to the spectators of the event. It will flash to let you know when the step is displayed.

You are free to display the steps in the order and the number of times you want during your Live Shopping event. You can also go the other route and decide not to display it at all during the event.

A Displayed label will appear to the right of steps that have already been displayed.

You cannot display several steps at the same time. If you click on a new step when another is in the process of being shown, it will be deactivated to make room for the one you just clicked on.

3. End the Live Shopping Event

Once you have reached the end of your event, all you have to do is cut the video stream from your streaming software to stop the live.

Automatically, your Live Shopping event will switch to replay mode for your viewers, and in Aploze's admin, your event status will be, Ended event.

Once your event is over, you will be able to find the results of the latter with the contents, chat messages, and statistics related to the latter.
