How cookies are subject to user consent?

There are 2 consents for using Aploze:

  • Functional cookie consent

  • Analytics cookie consent

We provide a user consent system directly in our solution to handle those 2 consents. That means if you don't want to care about user consent, our solution is fully GDPR and ePrivacy compliant. If you want to use your own consent system, you can only collect consent for cookies, not for terms of service. There is two ways to pass cookie user consent from your website to Aploze:

Functional cookie consent is required to use Aploze, where Analytics cookie consent is optional. A cookie is written always after entering in the Aploze Player, see our diagram to understand when and how cookies are stored:
