1. Events list
By accessing the Events section, you will find all the events that you have previously created to be able to display them according to their status
All events: Displays all events, those to come and those that have ended
Upcoming: Displays only upcoming events
Ended: Displays only completed events
You have can use a test event (in yellow) in order to be able to practice and to have a preview system of the different stages of the event (prelive / live / replay)
2. Create an event
You can create a new event by clicking on the Create event button located at the top right of your screen.
You then will be redirected to the page for creating a new event and, you will have to fill in various information
A. Event
Title: Event title
Date: Day and hour of your event
Timezone: The hour of your area
B. Settings
Branding: The branding you want to be associated with this event to personalize it
Video mode: The way you want to broadcast your live (Portrait or Landscape)
Cart synchronization: Do you want viewers to be able to add the products presented directly to their cart during the live?
Live call to action: The call to action displayed on the live product push (See product, Make an appointment, Book)
C. Domains: The websites on which you want to broadcast the event.
Once the information has been filled in, you can validate the creation of your event by pressing the Create button located at the top right of your screen. A pop-up will appear to confirm the creation of your new event.
3. Create your live program
Once you create your new event, you can define the products that you want to present during your live shopping.
To do this, go to the Program tab of your upcoming event and select the products from your catalog.
To present products during the Live Shopping event, you must create the stages of your program. A step can be composed of a single product or a group of products
4. Customize the content of your pre-live page
You can edit all your event content by accessing the Content tab from your event page. Once on this tab, you can edit the different parts that make up your pre-live page.
5. Interact with your audience
You have at your disposal, several interaction features to be able to animate your shopping event live and increase the interactivity of your audience. To do this, simply go to the Interactions tab.
Once on this tab, you can create the interactions you want to animate your event.
6. Moderate the event chat
By going to the Chat tab, you can moderate messages that are sent by viewers in the chat during the Live Shopping event.
As a brand, you can respond to them, display them to the moderators, and delete them if necessary.
To facilitate the moderation of the chat, you can associate several moderators with your event.
7. Configure your event
After, you can modify the settings of your event at any time by going to the Settings tab.
You can then edit some parameters:
A. Settings
Branding: The branding you want to be associated with this event to personalize it
Video mode: The way you want to broadcast your live (Portrait or Landscape)
Cart synchronization: Do you want viewers to be able to add the products presented directly to their cart during the live?
Live call to action: The call to action displayed on the live product push (See product, Make an appointment, Book)
Conversational replay: Integrate the iAdvize 1:1 conversational technology on your replay
Satisfaction survey: Ask feedback to your viewers about your live shopping experience
B. Domains: The websites on which you want to broadcast the event.
C. Streaming destinations: The platforms where you want to multistream your live event.
D. Notifications: The types of notifications you want to offer pre-live (SMS, Calendar)
E. Legal settings:
You have the possibility of editing the legal information of your event concerning the duration of data retention, but also the consents that will be requested from your users.
To do this you have two options:
Use default settings defined on Channel settings > Legal
Edit for this event, these default parameters, by activating the toggle Edit for this event
If you decide to edit the settings of the Legal tab, the changes will only be applied to this event and not the next ones that you will create later.
F. Links
Event Direct Link: Add this parameter at the end of your URL in order to open your live shopping event directly
Personal Shopper URL: The page to display selected chat messages/questions to your personal shopper
Chat Messages URL: The page to display all chat messages to your personal shopper
8. Duplicate your event
You can delete an event by clicking on the square button located to the left of the Save button at the top right of your screen.
A sub-menu will appear, and you only have to click on Duplicate event
A validation pop-up will then appear for you to confirm the duplication of the event by pressing Confirm** .** Your event will be duplicated with all the content, interactions, products added on the old one.
You can also duplicate a test event but the duplicated event will be a standard event and not a new test event
9. Delete your event
You can duplicate an event by clicking on the square button located to the left of the Save button at the top right of your screen.
A sub-menu will appear, and you only have to click on Delete event to delete it.
A validation pop-up will then appear for you to confirm the deletion of the event by pressing Delete
Once your event is deleted, you will no longer be able to access its content or statistics.
