Test your Live Shopping event

You can experiment inside your Live Shopping event thanks to the Test event, which is available by default on your channel.

The test event is always displayed at the top of your events list. It is the only one in yellow color and with the "Test event" sticker. You cannot delete it or display it on your domain.

1. Access your test event

To access your test event, simply click on it. You will then be redirected to the event page with the possibility of being able to access all the tabs of a normal upcoming event:

• Program

• Content

• Chat

• Settings

Then all you have to do is set up your test event as if it were a classic live shopping event.

A yellow banner appears at the top of your test event to help you differentiate it from your other live shopping events.

2. View the rendering of your Live Shopping event

The main advantage of the test event lies in the possibility of having a preview of the rendering of your event, depending on the state in which it is (pre-live / live / replay).

To do this, simply click on the square button with the eye icon located at the top right of your screen, next to the Save button.

This action will redirect you to the preview page of your event, allowing you to see its rendering and carry out your streaming tests before going live.
